PUBLIC RELATIONS INTERN, COYNE PR
PARSIPANNY, NJÂ
JUNE 2018 - AUGUST 2018
As an intern for one of the top 10 independent PR firms in the country I was able to work on a variety of public relations-based projects with big-name clients including Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler brands). I developed essential media materials for my account team including media lists, media audits, clippings, logs, editorial pieces, and more. Also, I secured top-tier media coverage with outlets such as the Associated Press and CBS. With a team of fellow interns, I completed a 24-hour intern challenge resulting in a deck showcasing product launch ideas, an ongoing new bureau, and market research. At the conclusion of the challenge, my team and I presented our work to the agency's executive leadership team and the client CEO.
MARKETING INTERN, COBURN COMMUNICATION INC.

Through this opportunity I was able to serve as a support system for television integrations, grow celebrity endorsements and sponsorships, coordinate mailings to influencers, monitor client press coverage, assist in event planning, develop research for licensing, new business and client competitors, attend client calls, pitch meetings, and educational workshops to expand my knowledge in public relations. I served as the co-manager for a semester-long research project resulting in a database of 800+ influencers for the agency's clientele. I was able to work with a variety of clients in the beauty, food, and technology industries such as: Clinique, No7, Elizabeth Arden's Juicy Couture, OkCupid, and StarKist.
STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS INTERN, PENN STATE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

At the Penn State Alumni Association I am able to learn the inner workings of the institution, strategically analyze and track online media content, strengthen the connection with the growing young alumni demographic by assisting in the creation of engaging content, develop the YouTube account by keeping up-to-date with events and use Google Analytics to track the progress of the organization’s digital footprint. I also research and brainstorm strategies to create a more interactive website for the organization.
CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS INTERN, COMCAST NBCUNIVERSAL

During my experience at Comcast working in the Corporate Communications department, I was able to gain a greater understanding of corporate business functions and how a large matrix organization works. In addition, I was able to capitalize on my agency experience in an alternative setting. Some of the projects I worked on consisted of promoting the Xfinity On Campus initiative with the marketing team, analyzing and reporting competitor research, drafting press materials (media pitch, media lists, clip reports, briefing book, etc.), and consulting in strategic media outlet outreach.
