My Projects
WHAT I’VE DONE
To provide a showcase of my work, I’ve included descriptions of my most recent projects. Although the tangible materials are confidential to the organizations I still encourage you to explore below, and reach out if you’re interested in learning more about what I have to offer.

PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN
COURSEWORK
During the spring of 2020, the Centre Region Council of Governments' Regional Refuse and Recycling Program was the client for my capstone course. The COG is a voluntary association of State College Borough and the townships of College, Ferguson, Halfmoon, Harris and Patton (Pennsylvania). My classmates and I worked to develop a full-service PR campaign. My primary focuses were in media relations, client relations, primary research, message testing, and project management. An overview of the final campaign is available upon request.

CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS PLAN
COURSEWORK
Through my crisis communications course in spring 2018 I was able to lead a team to create a communication plan for a client regarding a mock crisis. The plan includes a media directory, fact sheet, press release, dark site, holding statement, prepared questions and answers for the media, a list of key publics, etc.

ANALYTICAL REPORTS
INTERN ASSIGNMENT
During my time at the Penn State Alumni Association I utilized platforms such as iModules, Google Analytics and Cvent to create detailed reports analyzing unique clicks, unique opens, sessions by browser, top channels, top devices, action count by hour after send, registrations, etc.

INFLUENCER MARKETING
INTERN ASSIGNMENT
As a marketing intern at Coburn Communication Inc. I co-managed a database of over 800 influencer's for the agency's clientele including their social media following on multiple platforms, industry specialty, previous endorsements, contact information and target audience by interests, gender, generation, etc.

RESEARCH REPORT
COURSEWORK
Through this group project, my classmates and I were tasked to develop primary and secondary research to determine why Tesla's, an American automotive and energy company, brand loyalty remained strong among many crises. As a result, we were able to develop internal and external communications recommendations for the brand.

MEDIA KIT
COURSEWORK
During the fall 2018 semester, I held the position as the team leader for a campaign project in my Public Relations Methods course. Here, we developed a multifaceted campaign for Penn State's Dreamery, an on-campus teaching and learning with technology center. My team and I developed a full-fledged media kit that we presented to the client including materials such as a SWOT analysis, fact sheet, press release, infographics, social media calendar, pitch letter, and much more. In the end, we were selected by the client as the best campaign in the class.

PRODUCT LAUNCH CAMPAIGN
INTERN ASSIGNMENT
At the conclusion of my time interning at Coyne PR in summer 2018, a team of me, two other interns, and an Account Supervisor were tasked with creating a product launch campaign in 24 hours for a real client of the agency. We developed a deck that we presented directly to the founder and CEO of the company as well as the agency's executive leadership team consisting of a situational analysis, developed strategy, and three specific ideas and activations.

DIGITAL ENTERPRISE PROJECT
COURSEWORK
As part of my minor in digital media trends and analytics, my digital public relations course semester-long project was to create a social media channel and implement analytical strategies, content engagement techniques, and other key social media concepts discussed in class. An overview of my final project and the social media handle are available upon request.
